OVER 40s TOUCH RUGBY CLUB
Chepstow Gold touch rugby club was founded in 2019 with the aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for people over 40 to re-engage with the wonderful game of rugby union. Starting with just 8 players in May 2019 the club now has over 60 players registered and a weekly turn out of between 22 and 30 people.
If you are a mum or dad, over 40, living in the Dragons region in the East of Wales and fancy playing touch rugby to improve your physical and mental well-being then get in touch. All are welcome.
